Best selected grains from around the country find their way to our plants. They are safeguarded in the huge galvanized silos from the ravages of weather and insects.

THE MECHANICS OF MASHING
We possess the continuous jet cooking technology which subjects the slurry (a misture of water and flour) to specific temperatures. Cooling towers and chilling plants help to maintain a steady hydro thermic level. Hi-tech instrumentation ensures temperature, pressure & level control which is the foundation of quality control.

UNIQUE FERMENTATION TECHNOLOGY
We are the exclusive distilling plant in India with fully stainless steel fermenters, which convert sugar into alcohol. Our storage tanks are also made of stainless steel, an advantage few others can boast of.

MATURATION
The imported bourbon and sherry casks are filled with new fillings and stored in warehouses where they mature to an amber color and smooth taste.

FULLY AUTOMATED BOTTLING
Fully automated washing, bottling and filling mechanics ensures prompt and highly efficient filling and labeling of bottles under totally sanitized conditions.
