ABOUT TROPICAL
MATURATION.
Considering the warm coastal climate,
we were called out for setting up
operations in Dahanu.
However, we spotted a rare opportunity.
The gentle Arabian Sea breeze
meets the embrace of the Sahyadri Mountain Range
to aid tropical maturation.
The peaks and troughs of the warm coastal climate
drive the whisky into the wood
to impart a distinct character, vis-à-vis whiskies
produced in cooler climates.
This results in single malt whiskies
with complex flavour profiles
characterised by hints of tropical fruits
and spices with a rich depth and finish.
